Home Consultation consist of a set of resources designed to provide health care to sick or disabled people in their homes, guaranteeing access to health care for the most vulnerable populations and those who are unable to travel to primary health care, whenever they are vulnerable and at risk and their mobility and transport are restricted.
The home consultation can be medical or nursing, with the same reference value.
