Integration into Employment of Unemployed People with Disabilities (+Employment)
The monthly unit value corresponds to the Social Support Index (IAS) amount with the following support increases of 35% applied if the hire is of a person with a disability or incapacity, the person is a young individual aged up to 35 years, the person is a long-term unemployed, the person is of the underrepresented sex in a given profession where there is less than 33.3% representation of one sex as listed specifically by IEFP, or the job is located in an interior region. These increases are cumulative up to a maximum of four. The financial support for hiring corresponds to 12 times the IAS amount.
The +Employment Measure consists of providing financial support to the employer for the conclusion of a permanent, full-time employment contract with an unemployed person registered at IEFP, resulting in a net job creation.
The objectives of the measure are to prevent and combat unemployment, promote the hiring of unemployed persons, encourage the creation of permanent jobs, and support net job creation.
The employer is obliged to provide professional training tailored to the skills required for the job.
