Public Policy Measure

The Child Guarantee is a social benefit that complements the family allowance, with a differential monthly amount, for children under the age of 18 who belong to households that are at risk of extreme poverty.

This social benefit was created by Regulatory Decree no. 3/2022 of 19 August.
