Active Life Measure – Qualified Employment
The unit value per hour results from the calculation of the average trainee cost per hour, based on the direct costs for carrying out the training in the year in question.
The Active Life – Qualified Employment Measure is designed to enhance the return of unemployed individuals to the labor market through rapid integration into short-term training programs, with certification varying according to the type of course attended.
The objectives of this public policy measure are:
– Increase the professional and educational qualification levels of adults;
– Improve the employability levels of the active population;
– Encourage lifelong learning by recognizing and valuing all prior learning;
– Enable the gradual attainment of a professional qualification.
The target group includes unemployed individuals aged 18 or over, whether receiving unemployment benefits or not, registered with the IEFP, regardless of educational background, as well as unemployed adults registered with IEFP, I.P., who are also enrolled in a Qualifica Center, with educational qualifications equal to or higher than the 4th grade and lower than the 9th grade.
