Temporary Integration of RSI Beneficiaries with Disabilities into Socially Necessary Activities (CEI+)
The monthly unit value corresponds to the contribution paid by IEFP, IP, per RSI beneficiary with a disability engaged in socially necessary activities, to the non-profit private entities promoting projects under the CEI+ Programme application, including the transport component (10% of the Social Support Index).
The value paid to public or private entities per person with a disability is €660.56 per month, and to non-profit private entities, €712.81 per month.
The Employment-Insertion Contract (CEI+) is a public policy measure aimed at unemployed persons registered at employment centres and beneficiaries of the Social Integration Income (RSI). Under this measure, beneficiaries undertake socially necessary work within local authorities, social solidarity associations, or other public services. The maximum duration of a CEI+ contract is 12 months.
This public policy measure is regulated by Order No. 128/2009 of 30 January, in its current wording; however, it was adapted by Order No. 118/2025/1 of 17 March, which creates the MAIS Programme – Measures for Social Activation and Inclusion. Without prejudice to its repeal, under transitional provisions, it remains in force until the end of its implementation.
