Public Policy Measure

Child Vision Screening is a public health measure that enables early detection of vision problems in children aged 2 and 4-5 years without signs or symptoms.

It aims to identify changes in the eyes that can cause amblyopia (also known as lazy eye), a visual problem that can lead to reduced vision or, in more extreme cases, blindness in the affected eye.
